As a designated supervisor at the Air Resources Board (ARB), you have important responsibilities which impact both you and your subordinate employees. Those aspects of your job relating specifically to personnel management, employee development, training and labor relations are covered by the material presented in this Supervisor's Toolkit and are designed to assist you with your supervisory responsibilities. If you need additional assistance in other administrative areas, refer to the Directory of Administrative Services to determine the appropriate staff person to assist you.
