State Implementation Plan
Staff is proposing to withdraw measure M-7, Accelerated Retirement of Heavy-Duty Vehicles, from the State Implementation Plan(SIP). Staff also proposes to submit a new commitment, measure M-17, Additional Emission Reductions from Heavy-Duty Vehicles, to ensure the SIP continues to fulfill Clean Air Act requirements.
