|02-6-1||Public Meeting to Consider a Health Update
The staff will provide the Board with a general overview of recent research studies related to ozone health effects and the review of the ambient air quality standard for ozone.
|02-6-2||Public Hearing to Consider Proposed Amendments to the California Phase 3 Reformulated Gasoline Regulations
The staff recommends adopting amendments to the California Phase 3 Reformulated Gasoline (CaRFG3) regulations that would postpone the prohibitions regarding MTBE and other oxygenates other than ethanol in CaRFG3 from December 31, 2002 to December 31, 2003; postpone the imposition of CaRFG3 standards from December 31, 2002 to December 31, 2003; and make minor clarifying changes.

The staff will provide an update on the current status and impacts of the petroleum industry's efforts to implement the CaRFG3 regulations.
|02-6-4||Public Meeting To Update the Board on Annual Enforcement Activities
The staff will present the annual update of enforcement activities in the areas of mobile sources, fuels, consumer products, stationary sources and other enforcement programs.
|02-6-5||Public Meeting to Consider New Innovative Clean Air Technologies Grants
The staff will recommend three proposals for new grants under the Innovative Clean Air Technologies Grant Program.

Each person will be allowed a maximum of five minutes to ensure that everyone has a chance to speak.
