Manufacturers Association Judith Lamare Clean Air Partnership After completing testimony on the statewide elements of the SIP, ARB staff next described the elements of the local plans and summarized each plan. The local plan elements proposed as SIP revisions, included draft and final air quality plans for the following nonattainment areas: South Coast Air Basin (South Coast AQMD); Southeast Desert Nonattainment Area (Riverside and Los Angeles County Portions of the South Coast AQMD); Southeast Desert Nonattainment Area (Mojave Desert AQMD); Sacramento Metropolitan Area (Sacramento Metropolitan AQMD, Feather River AQMD, Placer County Air Pollution Control District (APCD), El Dorado APCD, and Yolo-Solano County Unified APCD); Ventura County (Ventura County APCD); San Diego County (San Diego County APCD); San Joaquin Valley Nonattainment Planning Area (San Joaquin Valley Unified APCD); San Joaquin Valley Nonattainment Planning Area (Kern County APCD). Metropolitan Air Quality Ken Corbin Feather River District In adopting the local air quality plans as an element for inclusion in the SIP, the Board approved those plans that met the SIP requirements. For those local plans that have been proposed but not yet adopted by the local governing board, the Board delegated final approval to the Executive Officer. The Board further requested that a status report on the December agenda be included to apprise the Board of the local district's progress. FORMAL BOARD ACTION: Approved Resolution 94-60, with modifications, on the Statewide elements of the plan, by a vote of 7-0.
