| Comment | Dear Responsible Persons, The era of subsidizing polluting industries by paying for the nearly catastrophic medical and environmental consequences of their industries is over. There are alternatives that do not have the medical and environmental effects that are economically feasible if they do not have to compete against a subsidized industry.
