While you would hardly consider me an environmentalist I am very
very concerned.  When I first moved into the San Juaquin valley in
the  60's we could see the mountains in the distance most everday. 
This valley has the worse air quality of any place on the planet. 
I have a constant cough and wheeze.  Most children in this area
suffer from some sort of breathing difficulty.  While I realize
politics is all about winning don't you all think it's about time
to make some decisions with your grandchildren's future in
consideration.  You will be long gone and your greatgrandchildren
will be buying air out of cansisters to breathe...If they are poor
they will just suffer.  time to do the right thing, not the
politically expediant thing...with only your greed and career in
