| Comment | Please adopt strict reduction targets for GHG emissions. Approximately 25% of all trips are less than one mile and could be achieved by means other than driving for most people. CARB must lead the way and help people shake the driving habit. Targets of 0 reduction or any target under 10-15% by 2020 are not enough to make a significant dent in climate crisis. Adopt AMBAG targets of -10% for 2020 and -20% for 2035 to make a difference. We need your leadership on this issue. Thank you. |
