| Comment | The goal of cutting CO2 emissions is a good one. But DON"T include the terribly disruptive "high speed rail" that as proposed ends at SF! I will tear up Peninsula communities and ultimately not provide towards the goal. What the Peninsula needs is Light Rail. The High Speed Train should go up the East Bay and eventually up the coast to Oregon and Washington. What is proposed now is very short sighted. |
