I am writing this comment to support the Public Hearing for the
consideration and Adoption of Proposed Regional Greenhouse Gas
Emission Reduction Targets for Automobiles and Light Trucks
Pursuant to Senate Bill 375.  

In addition to the enactment of the proposed Senate Bill 375,
please make sure that all of the appropriate procedures are
followed to enforce the laws and regulations of Senate Bill 375.

If Senate Bill 375 is passed and the enforcement procedures are not
implemented and adhered to properly, this Senate Bil 375, will be
nothing than words on paper with no real meaning as many other laws
and regulation presently are that were established to protect the
public, but remain deliberately unenforced to deny the public their
rights and benefits.  Please have the safeguards in place for the
continued enforcement of this Senate Bill 375.
