| Comment | To all members of the Board: Please pass SB 375. I realize that these are difficult economic times. I am currently unemployed, but I feel strongly that we are running out of time to reduce our green house gas emissions. Mother Earth does not care about our human concept of economics. We must change our human behaviors that are affecting our global climate. We may have no economy to worry about if we don't act now to reduce our green house gas emissions.
