Dear Nichols, Air Resources Board and Chair,

Thanks for the good work on SB375.

I am asking you for an big plan to reduce GHGs significantly.

It will take courage because lots of people make money the way
things are and will be terrified of changes, and they will fight
you.

Painting roofs with white paint that has ceramic beads mixed in
reflect sun light and can reduce GHGs significantly, especially if
this is done to lots of roofs. 

Please work with other policy makers to set up financing so that
people can paint their roofs white, with low interest loans.
Think about letting people use their property tax for this, in
order to pay off the costs in ten or twenty years.
