To the California Air Resources Board:
  It is imperative that California continue to show its traditional
leadership in curbing Greenhouse Gases.  California's leadership
since the 70s has been an inspiration to wind and solar advocates
in dozens of countries around the world. Our strong stand has
helped create the Danish wind energy industry, and moved Japan from
a late-comer in implementing PV to the world's leading solar nation
in the early 2000s.  
   It is hard to overestimate what a force California has been in
the fight to save the climate for future generations. 
   I know, because I was personally involved in these California
and overseas initiatives since the late 70s.
   Please move forward in curbing GHGs with as strong a commitment
as possible, so the world will have examples to follow.  There is
no more time left -- and this fact is now well known by those who
have deeply studied the issue.
