| Comment | I agree that emissions must be reduced and that another bill should be introduced to reduce particulate emissions such as diesel. Too many individuals suffer allergic reactions to these particulates. As for this current bill, please allow it to pass in order that other states may follow suit and send a message to the rest of the developing and industrial world. |
