Dear members of the Air Resources Board,
I'm writing to urge you to take stronger action in the initial
implementation measures to reduce California's global warming
impacts.  Strong action is urgent in the face of accelerating
climate change.

Please include the following:

1.  Reduce diesel emissions from heavy-duty trucks;

2.  Require ports to provide shore-side electrification to
vessels;

3. Require cement factories to use energy more efficiently.
