As a proud citizen of California, the state that is taking the
lead
in saving the earth's climate for future generations, I urge the
Air Resources Board to take stronger action than what is being
proposed to enforce AB 32 by adopting at least the following
steps.

1. Reduce diesel emissions from heavy-duty trucks;

2. Require ports to provide shore-side electrification to
vessels;

3. Require cement factories to use energy more efficiently.

These measures will both reduce greenhouse gas emissions and
protect public health by reducing toxic air pollution.
