| Comment | Please understand that I am in favor of Adoption of the Proposed California Cap on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms Regulation, Including Compliance Offset Protocols. I am glad to see that the people in control of the future regulations understand and take the prevailing science from the UN in account to protect the world. Leaders have to step forward and make the right decisions to protect our children and their children. Yes it will be tough on our generation to conserve. Better now then when no resources are avilable. |
