| Comment | I really don't want to insult you because previously in past times, positive comments usually generated good will and understanding but this Congress of the Great State of California is out of touch with reality! The economy is still in the tank and you want to impose additional costs that will hurt the economy, not help it? Where did you get your education? Have you even read the complete bill? Probably not! I believe we should move forward continuing to help clean up the environment but we should start approaching it during a financially promising time; NOT NOW! Take a look around; this wonderful State was previously one of the best economies in the World. This will not do a thing to help us rebound from this economic crisis!
