| Comment | At a time when our state is billions in the red, and the national economy is reeling from record unemployment, California can ill-afford to enact any regulations which will cause prices to rise and employment to fall. Now is not the time for any cap on "greenhouse gases" or any regulation such as those. Let's let California heal it's economy first, then we can discuss these regulations from a position of economic strength. |
