| Comment | Gentlemen, Although California, due to its topography and population is challenged by greenhouse gases, it is definitely NOT time to enact this legislature with the state of the economy in California and the US. Please put this on hold until California is well on its way to economic recovery. Enactment of this legislature will only hurt California more in the long run than help. |
