| Comment | With the economy in recession, and getting worse, it is not the time to be pushing or instituting new programs on the public wich will cost money and jobs. To do anything that would cause hurt to the economy would be irresponsible at this time. Please do not start any additional new programs, and do not adopt this Cap and Trade regulation.
