| Comment | California must understand that we are NOT an island in both our environmental regulations and our economic situation. By enforcing overly strict environmental regs, we make our state uncompetitive with other states and other countries, and since we share the same environment, our contribution to "clean air" is ineffective to change the air quality of the world. Please do not enforce more strict air quality standards than the rest of the USA. |
