| Comment | Chairman Nichols and Members of the Board,We really can not afford to let gross polluters use cap and trade to continue their destruction and also to profit from it. We spoke in November and defeated Prop. 23. It is time for you to listen, do the right thing and stop the polluters now. With the rest of the country struggling with whether global warming is a myth of not, Californians are not. So, do what we need you to do and level the playing field.
