First . . . If you are so sure what you are doing is right, then
there is no reason not to give people more time to respond to your
program.  You will only need to give this plan the bums rush if you
know in your hearts it is wrong.

Second . . . Don't you know Global Warming is a huge scam?  It is
like everyone but you know the emperor  is not wearing any clothes.
 Wake up and look around.  You are the only western state still
moving on this . . . Are you crazy?

This will not only effect the farmers in our state, but the cost of
foods for everyone.  Are you trying to move agriculture out of the
country?  

You have the power to extensively damage lives of many people,
forever changing our ability to compete and produce food . . . All
because you are still drinking the cool-aid Professional
illusionist Al Gore gave you.  Wake up!  Get real!  Be a hero . . .
Do not let this happen!

At the VERY least, you should give more time for public debate.
