Chairman Nichols and Board members,
I support AB 32 as many of my fellow Californians do. I am in
agreement with the Bill on many points, but want to make sure that
the largest polluters are held to the same standards as all the
others. Please remove the huge give aways that are in the rules for
the largest polluters and hold all polluters to the same
accountability and standards. 

Thank you for your diligence in helping to provide a healthy
environment for our children and being a an innovator in the future
of greener living.
