| Comment | The people of California have spoken and they want TEETH in the implementation of Prop 23. Don't cave to corporate interests. There's nothing wrong with making the polluters pony up as long as it's a level playing field. Make that playing field stringent and then enforce the hell out of it to keep it level. |
