I just want to say that I am in support of enforcing legislation
that strongly moves in the direction of the proposed California cap
on greenhouse gas emissions and that both the private and public
sectors need to be made accountable.  It is imperative that
California continue to be a leader in promoting environmental
awareness and responsibility.  Sadly, the United States is still
far behind many Western European countries when it comes to taking
action to reduce various kinds of pollution and greenhouse gas
reduction.  California can still inspire the rest of the nation if
clear, decisive action is taken.  Thank you.
