| Comment | Thank you CARB for moving forward in promoting AB32. However, I deeply encourage CARB to phase out free pollution allocations to the industrial sector. Giving these free pollution credits to industry polluters will slow and sabatage our transition to clean energy alternatives, and to the progress we hope to achieve with Global Warming Solutions. We must phase out these free "cap and trade"credits as soon as possible. We have no time to waste; our planet and its inhabitants are owed that much respect, and urgency.
