| Comment | As a California college science educator I urge you to take all legal actions at your disposal to expedite the control and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in California. Global warming caused by human activity is now beyond dispute among the honest voices in the scientific community. Responding to mediate its possible consequences is prudent public policy that will increase quality of life and create incentives for badly needed economic innovation. |
