| Comment | I am opposed to the implementation of AB 32. I believe it will cause many, many companies to leave this state. As for the ones that you say will be "created" ie green jobs.. this will only occur if the subsidies continue. With the current state of the Federal, State and local budgets, I think this is improbable. Of Course, you can always MANDATE that folks buy green products through your rulings. If this is the case, I, for one will leave the State as soon as possible. |
