To whom this concerns,

I want to thank you for moving forward with the implemenation of AB
32 and applaud your leadership on this important issue.  The
November elections make it perfectly clear that Californians care
about this issue and want their leaders to see to it that our
environment is protected.  Already important actions have been
taken, however, I would like would like CARB to make sure all
industries are accountable for the pollution they emit.  Please see
to it that all industries contribute their fare share of resources
and abide by the highest mandates so investments can be made to
begin the change of a clean energy economy.   Thank you for your
time and leadership.
