| Comment | Polluters should pay their fair share. By charging a fair price for carbon pollution, and limiting offsets, we can reduce emissions, implement clean energy solutions, and protect vulnerable communities bearing the brunt of pollution. The ARB must protect public health and require industries to pay the full cost of their pollution they emit. Thank you for your consideration. |
