| Comment | I strongly support the official statement of the Union of Concerned Scientists concerning the implementation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions capping. The strong public support of Proposition 23 is a public mandate of strong Greenhouse Gas reduction laws, as well. Global Warming and the need to free ourselves from dependence on fossil and nuclear fuels are the most serious issues facing the human community. Please treat these issues with the serious, energetic and ethical commitment that they require. |
