I would urge you to vote against this bill and/or the
implementation of the provisions of this bill.  This is the wrong
time to implement legislation that will impede the progress of
businesses in California.  Each of the fancy sounding words in the
Public Notice above should start with a    -$, because that will be
the bottom line.
