To the California Air Resources Board Members,

I respectfully request that you slow the pace of implementing this
new legislation.  Our state cannot afford to continue letting
special interest radical groups to develop and push legislation
that continues to place us at a disadvantage to the rest of the
nation and world.  This Cap & Trade legislation will do nothing
more than hurt employment in the state while lining the pockets of
a few investivors.  And it will make no change in the rate of
"global warming."  The law of unforseen consequences continues to
be proven time and time again by legislation such as this.  I urge
you to carefully read all of the proposed regulations and then
present them to the public for comment.
