Dear CARB members, 

Thank you for your efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in
California.

As a recent volunteer on the No on Prop 23 effort in the San Diego
area, I wanted to encourage you to keep California's global warming
laws as strong as possible, to ensure California meets and exceeds
its reduction goals. Californians have demanded it!

I firmly believe that a failure to address greenhouse gas emissions
will have significant and devastating impacts on our environment,
food supply, and economy. 

Please make sure our greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by
providing as-low-as-possible caps for all greenhouse gas emitters,
which are reduced annually to reach scientific targets. Please
ensure that there is a minimum cost for all carbon emissions and
that in the cap and trade schemes, no polluting is free - all
permits must have costs associated with them. 

Our grandchildren will thank you.
