| Comment | I am against this program to enhance the scrapping of 1976 and older vehicles. Our state is in financial difficulties and it won't help to spend this money. These older vehicles are not seen on our highways very often, so the pollution is minimal. The older vehicles are a valuable source of parts for the old car restoration hobby a very lucrative industry in our state and country. When restored they pollute minimally and are low annual mileage cars. Therefore removeing from them would not produce a benifical effect. Thank you for your time, Douglas Walker |
