| Comment | This is absolutely crazy. There are very few pre 1976 cars on the road and the ones that are are in mint condition. How do you change the rules mid stream? As an owner of several of these cars its not as though they are daily drivers. This is a hobby for me as well as other owners. This is another example of BIG BROTHER wataching and wanting to control our lives. |
