| Comment | Polluters should pay. We need government that focuses us on responsible behavior. We need to be responsible for what we are doing to our earth habitat. Polluters and Emitters should pay for their errant ways. This will encourage us to change. The fees should be enough to encourage better behavior. Wendy Weikel |
