| Comment | We used a USA 3rd party to test "The CARTENTIAL Effect"; attached please find the final report from the CAFEE Lab www.cafee.wvu.edu. The testing was conducted on "as new" equipment; meaning flushed, with none of the normal sediment, rust and other normal wear conditions. Cartential shows even better results when introduced into Vehicles manufactured on or before 2004. The purpose of Cartential is to make exhaust emissions a non-factor worldwide in Automotive, Commercial Trucking and other Industries where combustion motors are used.
