with all the problems that carb is having i don't understand how
can talk about this, mary nichols has agreed been part of the fraud
in pm emissions report, carb has opened a window for many law suit,
i don't think that bnsf, or up would like to be involve in this
matter, with the legal violatuons and loop holes that this progran
has i will love to put up a law suit like the one we're working on
for carb. we also have the studies in some old trucks and the
results are very clean, take under consideration that there are
only 3 machines in the state of California to check nox levels in
diesel engines and a million to check pm, be advice that our
engines from 1992 to 2003 that we have tested for pm  came out to
from 3% up to 15% and a 2009 at 1.7% and a unit with a retrofit
filter at 1.9% this is a truck with very little use, if you want
