| Comment | I encourage the California Air Resources Board to pursue vigorous implementation of SB 375 (Steinberg). This legislation will help California lead the way in reducing greenhouse gases from implementation of aggressive transit programs and encouraging smart growth and Transit Oriented Developments. Such programs not only generate excellent environental outcomes, they are smart economic development policy as well. More jobs, cleaner air, fighting climate change.
