| Comment | Dear CARB, Please ensure that local MPO's are setting targets that are actually ambitious in the spirit of the law. My own SBCAG is about to set targets that are decidedly unambitious, allowing them to continue with business as usual. Please insist on strong smart growth, anti-sprawl policies, so that more trips can be made by walking and biking. Also, we need better infrastructure for these modes, including Safe Routes to School.
