Public Hearing to Consider Proposed Amendments to the California Consumer Products Regulation |
Air Resources Board staff is proposing amendments to the Consumer Products Regulation. As proposed, the amendments would reduce volatile organic compound (VOC), greenhouse gas, and air toxics emissions. An amendment is also proposed to provide an exemption from the definition of VOC for hydrofluoroether 7200 based on its negligible photochemical reactivity with respect to formation of ground level ozone. Other amendments are proposed to clarify or simplify existing regulatory provisions. | |
