01-8-1 Public Hearing to Consider Amendments Adopting More Stringent Emission Standards for 2007 and Subsequent Model Year New Heavy-Duty Diesel Engines

Staff will propose amendments which would provide more stringent emission standards for 2007 and subsequent model year new heavy-duty diesel engines
   
01-8-2 Public Meeting to Consider Innovative Clean Air Technology Grants  - Link Expired

Staff will propose new ICAT grants to eight applicants and summarize results from two recently completed ICAT projects
   
01-8-3 Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Fee Regulation for Fiscal Year 2001-2002

Staff will propose amendments to the Fee Regulation updating fee tables and including district costs for five districts. Staff will also propose a conversion of the fee program to an administrative process which would significantly streamline the administration of the annual "Hot Spots" fee program and allow staff to focus on identifying and reducing sources of toxic air pollution emissions. The Fee Regulation recovers state program costs to implement the Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Information and Assessment Act of 1987.
   
01-8-4 Public Hearing to Consider Adoption and Amendment to the Vapor Recovery Certification and Test Procedure Regulations

Staff will propose modifications to four existing procedures, including definitions, and the addition of three new test procedures in an ongoing process to improve the vapor recovery certification program.
   
01-8-5 Public Meeting to Consider a Review of Air Quality Legislation for 2001

Staff will present a review of air quality related legislation considered during the 2001 Legislative Session, including legislation that was enacted and will take effect January 1, 2002.

Although no formal Board action may be taken, the Board is allowing an opportunity to interested members of the public to address the Board on items of interest that are within the Board's jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda. Each person will be allowed a maximum of five minutes to ensure that everyone has a chance to speak.

THOSE ITEMS ABOVE WHICH ARE NOT COMPLETED ON OCTOBER 25 WILL BE HEARD BEGINNING AT 8:30 A.M. ON OCTOBER 26.
