for Penalty Assessments at Petroleum Refineries Staff will provide a report on the enforcement practices of the local air districts at petroleum refineries, and make draft recommendations on minimum penalty assessments for violations of air quality rules and regulations at these facilities. |

Public Meeting to Consider Approval of Proposed Environmental Justice Policies
and Actions State law requires the Air Resources Board (ARB), as part of the California Environmental Protection Agency, to conduct its programs, policies, and activities in a manner that ensures environmental justice. Over the past year, ARB staff have developed, with stakeholder input, seven Environmental Justice policy statements. These statements will set the framework of how the ARB will incorporate environmental justice into its programs, policies, and activities as required by state law. |

public to address the Board on items of interest that are within the Board's jurisdiction, but that do not specifically
appear on the agenda. Each person will be allowed a maximum of five minutes to ensure that everyone has a chance
to speak.
THE AGENDA ITEMS LISTED ABOVE MAY BE CONSIDERED IN A DIFFERENT ORDER AT THE BOARD MEETING. HOWEVER, NO ITEM
