Public Comments on Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems Product Data White Paper
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) released a white paper on Reporting of Covered Product Data for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems in December 2015. The following public comments on this white paper were submitted by the comment period deadline in February 2016.
