Gifts to Agency reports (FPPC Form 801)

FPPC Regulation 18944.2, adopted by the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) requires government agencies to disclose gifts received through the use of FPPC Form 801. A fact sheet regarding gifts to agencies is available at the FPPC website.
