Dear CARB Members,
The attached February 17, 2009 letter from Assemblymen Chuck
DeVore and Mike Villines and Senator Lou Correa of the California
State Legislature was delivered to CARB Headquarters on February
18, 2009. The letter provides scientific, legal, and economic
justifications for the “Temporary Suspension of CARB On-Road and
Off-Road Diesel Truck Regulations.” The letter is highly relevant
to 2007 State Strategy for the California State Implementation
Plan.
