Why would you take the livelihoods of these people that own or
paying for these sportfishing boats? These people work 7 days a
week to keep money in their pockets. They also provide people the
opportunity to go out on the ocean to fish. For some a hobby, for
some first timers and each time they gone all they do is talk about
the great time that was had. They talk about the fresh air, the
water and if close enough the shoreline. Are you willing to take
this away from ordinary citizens?
These owners/operators cannot afford the costs to retrofit or buy
new boat. I strongly urge that you please leave these
owns/operators of these deep sea fishing boats alone. So they
continue the enjoyment for others and to keep food on the table of
their families.
