| Comment | I'm very concerned about the possibility of so many restrictions affecting our ability to be able to get access to the local fishing population to be able to get the seafood we need to eat annually this is something that our public community should be able to access for as reasonable as possible and the more you make these boats upgrade the higher costs are passed along unfortunately so please reconsider another option to clean up the environment |
